JSN utilizes equipment maintained to produce
products that are repeatable and conform to our quality throughout.
1 ea Star SR-20 5 axis CNC screw machine with .788 diameter bar capacity- This machine can mill/drill and pick-off main spindle to produce in many instances a completed part.
1 ea Nomura NN-20R 3 axis CNC screw machine with 1” diameter bar capacity- This is a fairly simply configured machine to produce parts that do not require milling or back-side machining.
2 ea Citizen L-20 5 axis CNC screw machine with .788 diameter capacity- These machines can mill/drill and pick-off main spindle to produce in many instances a completed part.
All of our screw machines use vegetable based cutting oils to help reduce part contamination and simplifies part cleaning. Also its use lends itself towards one of our goals to bring our company to a “Green” status, one step closer to a clean environment.

Inspection Equipment
All of JSN’s inspection equipment used for part conformance is calibrated on a scheduled basis.
