JSN has the back-ground and staff to provide engineering and development departments with not only producing the
“ON PRINT” parts and assemblies, we can alsoassist in streamlining of products at this stage for manufacturability
and cost saving, while improving part-to-customer lead time.
Production
JSN has the capacity for low, medium and high volume production. Our quality is closely monitored at the work center with inspection requirements and techniques reviewed along with 1st article inspections performed before project goes into production. In-process inspection is performed on a regular basis to ensure continued quality and on-time delivery and keep our cost down to lack rework/re-making parts.
Job Scheduling
To ensure that all jobs are produced on the promised delivery dates, we employ scheduling that describes the process to be completed as well as next process to be performed, out-process, ect. This allows us to make changes when necessary at a glance and still be able to deliver our products “ON-TIME”.
Outside Processes
JSN has a proven group of vendors that supply processes such hardware suppliers, plating, passivating, outside inspection service, packaging, welding and others. We qualify each vendor before using their services to ensure their quality and delivery practices to make sure they conform to JSN’s standards. We continue to search for new suppliers as our customer’s needs and goals change.
